Worst Customer Service EVER from THE MANAGER!!! I have never received such bad customer service. At first this looked like a great establishment but after four months of waiting and over $11,000, you'd think you'd get great customer service...but guess again...customer service....FAIL! It's also one thing to get bad customer service from an employee but to hung up on from the store manager is a completely another story. Never in my life have I ever treat like this. I informed David the manager to please consider how much I've spent and how long I've waited but his reply ""doesn't matter"". Do your research before you spend $$$ on a business that does not treat you right! I will make sure no I know ever buys from a Pacific Sales location!
