They take the time to explain the products, and help you with claim reporting including, making changes to your policy. They provide a privacy notice with requirements to follow and call when certain information or changes might be requested by others. They protect you against fradulent activity by providing the required notice. You can use your AAA membership to get discounts and for purchasing other insurance products. I would never switch from the agents in Bethlehem.
