Great service! 11/16/2011

Agree education! I purchased a homeowner policy at AAA Bethlehem from Richard SItkus and I intend to give him more of my business. I like that he is a former police officer and handles other law enforcement customers. The office service is friendly and they are available even on Thursday evenings and Saturdays. I trust and feel safe with both AAA and RIck! Keep up the terrific work. more

All of the Staff/Agents in Bethlehem Insurance are very professional and friendly. They save a great deal of money on both Auto, Home and Term Life insurance. They take the time to explain the products, and help you with claim reporting including, making changes to your policy. They provide a privacy notice with requirements to follow and call when certain information or changes might be requested by others. They protect you against fradulent activity by providing the required notice. You can use your AAA membership to get discounts and for purchasing other insurance products. I would never switch from the agents in Bethlehem. more

If you like less customers in your company, keep Richard Sitkus in your office. He will do great job to destroy good image for your company. more

I beg to differ with you sir. i have had nothing but excellent experiences with AAA east penn. If you had a problem with AAA, did you contact their District Manager? Rosemary Bennington has always helped me with all of my travel plans and several of my friends and family memebers. AAA east penn always go above and beyond to help with a wonderful travel experience. You def need to give them another chance! more

Worst travel service I ever got 2/5/2011

I had to call AAA on Stefko Blvd. two times to talk to Jackie, the travel agent. Twice I was connected to her answering machine, over a two day period. She never returned my call, and four days later, I am still waiting. AAA is a waste of my time. As I just renewed my membership, I am going to try and get my money back. There is no reason for someone not to return your calls, while you wait for four days. more
