We purchased our Enviro Empress Pellet Insert from August West about 4 years ago and could not be happier with our choice. First, let me tell you that if you are NOT doing the annual cleaning and service to your pellet stove you ARE headed for trouble. Take my advice and have August West come out and service your stove EVERY year. You will be glad you did and it's worth every penny. Thankfully, I have not had any problems with my stove and I credit this to ""an ounce of prevention...."" August West sends Evan to our house every year and he really knows his stuff. It is refreshing to see someone take as much pride in his craft as Evan. He takes his time and is more than willing to tell you about your stove. When Evan leaves, I know my family will be warm and safe for another winter. Thank you for the ""peace of mind"".
