Recently a close friend of mine was taken to this hospital after a motorcycle trauma. From the first minute he arrived, it was obvious that they only cared about one thing--How much were they going to get paid for his care. They repeatedly badgered his friends and family about his insurances (he has 2). When the family became unhappy with the poor care he was receiving and complained...all of a sudden he took a turn for the worst and had to go back to surgery. Long story short, after surgery the physicians and providers there recommended hospice. They continued to badger the family to try to get them to give up on their loved one. The family didn't. He survived. It's not Scottsdale Healthcare. It's Scottsdale Nocare. They don't care about the health of their patients or the emotional well being of their families. The staff their hate their jobs. The rooms are filthy. Patients are over medicated and neglected. This is the worst hospital on the planet.
