I met one of their employees at a home show a couple of weeks ago, he was polite and knowledgeable. I asked him to sign me up for a free estimate on replacing my roof. The first appointment was mis-communicated on the days, I thought it was Wednesday, he showed up on Tuesday... I am always gone on Tuesday mornings but when I came home on Tuesday evening, there were numerous calls from the company (As if 1 isn't sufficient) The next morning before I called them back they called again. Giving the benefit of the doubt I rescheduled for the following week. The day before my appointment (this morning) a girl calls asking for someone else, I told her she had the wrong number and she was silent, so I hung up. She immediately called back and I let my voicemail answer as I was just on my way out., she left a long winded message about how she was looking at the wrong name, when I returned home and heard her very unprofessional message I took the number down and planned on calling after I got my son settled in. Before that happened she called again, this time I said ""hello"" 3 times but she didn't reply...she was busy talking to someone else I could hear in the background. I hung up and she immediately called back...this time I asked her to just cancel my appointment, with customer service that bad before they have my business... I can imagine how poor it would be later if I had a problem.
