I used to call this cab service often, weekdays and weekends, since I live in the community but as of late, they have become the most unreliable service I have ever known. It seems that the words ""professionalism, customer service and punctuality"" do NOT exist within the business' motto. Here are some of the issues to name a few: The drivers speak freely to you about the dispatcher, each other and other customers; they still use their phones will driving even though the city prohibits it; they make inappropriate comments; do not even ask if you want to listen to their raunchy radio show or exceedingly LOUD music; and to top it off, act like they are doing you a favor (ENTITLEMENT COMPLEX GALORE). I am so disgusted that I rather walk 1000 miles without any outerwaer on in the middle of a blizzard before I call this service again.
