Barrios Car & Limousine Svc

Driver took off with our stuff. Ended up having to go there just to find out they couldn't find the driver. When they finally found him I had to pay for another ride to get my stuff back. Unbelievable behavior for a services company. They obviously don't care what their customers think of them once they've extracted your money. more

I used El Barrio this morning @ 7;30A for a ride to Lenox Hill Hospital. Called El Barrio @ 7:25A, they said car will be there in 3-4min. As soon as i stepped out of my building the car was waiting. The ride from E.118th Street to E.77th Street was $10.00. My husband said it was a better value than a cab. No complaints, pleasant driver, no small talk, just good driving. more

I used to call this cab service often, weekdays and weekends, since I live in the community but as of late, they have become the most unreliable service I have ever known. It seems that the words ""professionalism, customer service and punctuality"" do NOT exist within the business' motto. Here are some of the issues to name a few: The drivers speak freely to you about the dispatcher, each other and other customers; they still use their phones will driving even though the city prohibits it; they make inappropriate comments; do not even ask if you want to listen to their raunchy radio show or exceedingly LOUD music; and to top it off, act like they are doing you a favor (ENTITLEMENT COMPLEX GALORE). I am so disgusted that I rather walk 1000 miles without any outerwaer on in the middle of a blizzard before I call this service again. more
