I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer since they opened in Ashland 30 years ago. Not until recently did I have an experience similar to Richard S. After my wife had her tires rotated and balanced, a hubcap was missing. These have two screws that hold them on. The manager at the store came out with an attitude like "what do you want me to do about it?" He questioned whether we bought the rims there since I didn't have the paperwork handy. He was going to order a hubcap and charge me for it. Tony (awesome guy) came out and said he had an extra one at home and brought it by my house 16 miles from town that night. A week later I was back with a flat and Tony came up with another hubcap....mine. It seems a new kid didn't get it back on before my wife's car was pulled off the rack so it was never put back on. Now I have an extra. Since Les died I have seen a real change in the corporate culture of the management at Les Schwab. I think he would turn over in his grave if he knew. I have boug
