I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with Anytime Sewer & Drain. They are completely incompetent when it comes to anything customer service related. No one in the company EVER calls you back, not even the owner. They pretty much call you a liar if you call them out on something they did wrong. The ?Office Manager? has no clue what's going on, she's basically a warm body to answer the phone and just transfer to the owner who won't listen to a word you say because it's his way or nothing. Their prices are outrageous, they charge almost $400 for a maintenance drain clean whereas other companies are only around $100. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Anytime Sewer & Drain, you'll regret it if you do, I know I did. Don't be fooled by their rating with the BBB, it's a sham.?
