I am extremely happy with the service and support I recently received from Computerease in Collinsville. My computer wouldn't even start up when I brought it to them. They said it would be $69 for diagnostic which would apply towards cost of repair. The next day they called me up and told me that my hard drive was defective. They were able to replace my hard drive and save ALL of my data. My computer runs great now, and I did not lose ANY of my pictures or documents. Thanks a lot to Computerease and I will use them again (Hopefully not too soon though:)
