I got a little over active on a recent trip to La Jolla, resulting in a flare-up of bursitis, tendonitis, and some other issues.. My meetings with Paul resulted in rapidly improving comfort level, greater range of motion, and a long term plan that makes sense for broken down 50 yr old like me - trying to stay young.. I am grateful.
ps - This was a 1st time experience for me (w/ Acupuncture) and I'm a believer. As a speed/agility trainer, I confidently recommend Paul's treatment for athletes.
