The financial person (kelly?) was very rude, talking to me in a tone that I owe you guys money. For someone in her position should be very nice to the potential customer but I didn't sense the courtesy at all. I have been with you guys for few years and referred many friends and families, I felt like I was not valued. I am very disappointed from this visit and probably will not return for another visit.
