My husband was to pick me up from work in Jacksonville at 3:30 so I would be at the office before 4 PM. But he lost track of time and I call the office at 3:45 when I realized I could not be there on time. Charlotte answered and offered to check with Mindy to see if she'd be able to wait for me - which she graciously did! We really appreciate the excellent care we receive from Dr Scales and the entire staff.
