Let me begin by noting that I signed two leases with this company. The first was a one-bedroom with my girlfriend, the second was a two bedroom with my brother. the first place wasn't so bad: we had no real maintenence issues, paid rent on time every month, didn't have any real contanct with anyone. The only thing i really have to complain about is the inefficiency of the building--our gas bill climbed to $200 one month during the winter, and we kept the house at 65 with plastic over the windows. \r

the second place, completely different story. It was of course over-priced, but hey, that's what we agreed to pay. There were ants--we complained, they bought ten dollars worth of poison, and charged us $60 for it, even though it seemed to do virtually nothing to fix the problem.
