Let me begin by noting that I signed two leases with this company. The first was a one-bedroom with my girlfriend, the second was a two bedroom with my brother. the first place wasn't so bad: we had no real maintenence issues, paid rent on time every month, didn't have any real contanct with anyone. The only thing i really have to complain about is the inefficiency of the building--our gas bill climbed to $200 one month during the winter, and we kept the house at 65 with plastic over the windows. \r

They charged us $25 for a noise complaint, even though the cops never once showed up at our place to validate one, and even though we were entitled to one written warning before we started racking up charges , acc
