After several hours (actually more than 10) researching how to make the Apple and Microsoft products get along, I found TechnoKoz.com. I thought I had eveything working but was missing a couple of items. Robert was connected to the server and had the problem figured out in less than 5 minutes. Even if you know what you are doing and have a slight problem, it is well worth the money to get them involved since the problem will be fixed in less than 20-30 minutes. Robert was the ultimate professional in customer service. I ran a help desk for a fortune 500 company for several years and I would have killed for his customer service skills.
