Fast Virus Removal 9/8/2011

I brought in my laptop - had some problems with speed and thought I might have a virus, the anti-virus software I use isn't the greatest so I figured I should have it checked out and it turns out that I had some spyware and a couple viruses that were affecting the speed of my laptop overall. I came here because they can get the work done fast and they do the work in house - not bringing in some tech one day a week to do all that sort of thing. Their prices are very, very reasonable and they got my laptop done in an afternoon. more

Computer Repair 9/6/2011

I had some problems with a laptop that didn't want to boot up and was running super, super slow when it did. Couldn't take the frustration anymore and went to TechnoKoz with it - after calling around, they were the ones able to get it looked at the quickest and their rates are a bit lower than many other places here in town. They had my laptop fixed the same afternoon that I brought it by and got everything straightened out, it works so much better now than it has in months and I'm glad I found a reputable computer repair shop to go to - it's so hard to find a place your can trust, this one is a keeper. more

Technokoz is amazing! 5/9/2011

I was having problems with my computer's OS because it was running slow and I was getting non stop pop ups. I figured my computer was done and I was going to have to buy a new one and with things going the way they are right now who can really afford a brand new computer with all the functionality you need from it. After searching around for new computers I saw an ad for Technokoz and decided to check it out. After talking with them for only a few minutes they diagnosed my problem and a solution. With the same day service a tech came out and within the hour my computer was running fast just like the day I bought it. It happened to be a virus in my computer. They even backed up all my information before fixing it and then loaded all my information back onto my computer when finished. I could not be more pleased with them because they were very ffordable and saved me about $1,200 since I didn't have to buy a new one. more

Best virus repair 3/12/2011

I was visiting Phoenix. I was out of my zone trying to find someone to fix my virus problem. Didn't know who to call. I called multiple virus removal companies in the phoenix area. I was shocked to find the varied pricing. This company charged me a flat fee to fix my pc spyware infection. It was awesome. They worked really fast and I was on my way in no time. more

Late night server repair.. you bailed me out 3/12/2011

Not really an exchange guy myself, so when we were faced with an issue on our exchange server, you were able to take care of it in about 10 minutes. I had been working on it for about 4 hours. Well done. The IT world needs more resources like your company. more
