TechnoKOZ Computer Repair helped us get things running smoothly. 3/11/2014

TechnoKOZ Computer Repair's has always done a great job for us! We have had a couple different issues that they were able to successfully resolve. We had some individual clients that had problems accessing our exchange server from their i phones. They configured everything to get that working efficiently. The second thing that they did for us was a complete upgrade of our exchange. They migrated all of the old data, installed all of the anti-virus software and made sure all of the users were up to speed. We are very happy with the service they provide. They have helped our system run smoothly. We fully endorse their services! more

Came to my house and fixed the problem and then some 5/18/2011

My PC wouldn't boot. I booted from the Windows CD and ran the Windows repair. It didn't fix the problem so I called for help. Technokoz came to my house in two days, on Saturday no less. I was given a fair fixed charge amount with a guarantee that if they didn't fix the problem there would be no charge. It took a lot longer than he expected, but he only charged me the agreed fixed charge. Not only did he fix my problem, he cleaned up my PC by uninstalling and installing software he thought I should and shouldn't have. That's over and beyond what he was called to do. Hopefully I won't need his help again, but if I do, I'll use him again. more

Outstanding Service and Knowledge! 3/3/2011

I am an IT Manager of a one-person department and I cannot be the know all and do all of everything, so having this company on call whenever I have difficult technical issues is a lifesaver. Fantastic just Fantastic 12/7/2010

I purchased an iPad for testing for my company. I really felt the only way to make it worth while was to sync it to my Exchange 2003 server. I fought on and off for a few days and found a bunch of scary things on search engines that I would never try. I stumbled across Robert's site and I really thought it was to good to be true. So I called at 8:30pm and Robert picks up!!! He jumped right in and 10 minutes later my iPad was synced and working. It was amazing! I have been in the IT field for 10 years and I have never seen someone move through Exchange and IIS with such ease...not even Microsoft. He backed everything up and I had a receipt before he was off the phone. Very professional, friendly, and fast. Thanks Robert already called two fiends and passed off your info. John more

I contacted TechnoKOZ to resolve and iPhone sync issue with our servers. I was unable to resolve the issue and so was one of our local computer service companies. They were easy to contact, and got started on the issue at the same time I called. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. They resolved our issue in less time than it took me to research it and have the local service company look at it. I would highly recommend them to anyone having an iPhone sync issue. more

We were lucky! 8/29/2010

Our SMTP server meet with an unfortunate accident. We had spent hours trying to get it up and going again but couldn't get it talking to Exchange properly. Luckily the boss had these guys on his Skype list from when he did something awhile back. a couple of hours later we were up and going again! more
