"Refreshing" is what I have to say. When I think of TechnoKoz I think of Mr. Robert Kosednar. In a world where service has and is still spiraling down rapidly, Robert is truly well appreciated. I've been in the IT Business since the start and I've seen how watered down the IT field is now. with everyone just trying to get certified just for more money or just to be on top, we've missed the truly gifted people in this field.. Certification means nothing unless you have the no-how, the genuine concern for the customer and the need to see a job thru.. NO glory hounds just honest to goodness service.. First class response, service and result - highly recomend 8/27/2010

I live in the UK and was having trouble connecting my new I-phone 3 up to our MSExchange Server. My IT guy spent ALL day and failed and suggested I would have to upgrade to Exchange 2008 AND Windows Server to fix it. I found Robert on-line and gave him a call using his UK number. It went to answer machine, so I used the web contact form. He e-mailed me straight back, and then as soon as he finished with his other customer, he was straight on the phone. He fixed my problem in about 3 minutes flat. I am always a little wary of contact through the web because you don't know where they are, who they are, if they're real etc. Rob is real, he's in the US and he can work anywhere in the world by you allowing him to dial into your machine remotely, and just sit back and watch a magician work. Great guy, great service, great business model. Highly recommended. I will certainly be using him again, when the need arises. more

My IT company has been using TechnoKOZ more and more often as more and more of our clients get iPhones and want connectivity to Exchange. TechnoKOZ always gets the problem solved quickly and with minimal fuss. Exchange 2003, 2007 and even when we installed a brand new Exchange 2010 server last year, we've never been able to trip up TechnoKOZ with the various ActiveSync issues that inevitably come up. Iphone 4 and Exchange 2003 ActiveSync issue (server side) 8/26/2010

Although it took us a while to narrow down the cause behind error code HTTP 500 issue that prevented ActiveSync to work properly, Robert was working hard to troubleshoot and finally solve the problem. The support experience that Robert provided was exceptional. He did not give up even though it seemed like he tried every solution possible and problem persisted. His troubleshooting ability, analysis, and technical knowledge served him well in finding the root cause of the problem and eliminating it. Thank you, Robert for your hard work. I have used TechnoKOZ service on several occasions for setting up active sync on Exchange servers. Robert is personable and true to his word. They were very sweet and nice to talk to. They also knew what they were doing and helped me with both my computers. However they were very hard to get a hold of and whenever they said they would call me back they never did. Service was great but only experienced it once since I couldn't get a hold of them any other time. more

I found Technokoz when I had difficulty setting up an iPhone 4 to sync with MSExchange. Technokoz advertised on the web that it specialized in this service at a flat rate. It also provided a guarantee. After signing up, a technician called and through WebEx set up the MSExchange server for about 10-15 minutes and the iPhone worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the tech knew exactly what he was doing. I had an unrelated issue with the iPhone a week later and the after contacting the same tech, he walked me through the fix at no charge. more

After several hours (actually more than 10) researching how to make the Apple and Microsoft products get along, I found TechnoKoz.com. I thought I had eveything working but was missing a couple of items. Robert was connected to the server and had the problem figured out in less than 5 minutes. Even if you know what you are doing and have a slight problem, it is well worth the money to get them involved since the problem will be fixed in less than 20-30 minutes. Robert was the ultimate professional in customer service. I ran a help desk for a fortune 500 company for several years and I would have killed for his customer service skills. more
