I found Technokoz when I had difficulty setting up an iPhone 4 to sync with MSExchange. Technokoz advertised on the web that it specialized in this service at a flat rate. It also provided a guarantee. After signing up, a technician called and through WebEx set up the MSExchange server for about 10-15 minutes and the iPhone worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the tech knew exactly what he was doing. I had an unrelated issue with the iPhone a week later and the after contacting the same tech, he walked me through the fix at no charge.
