I purchased an iPad for testing for my company. I really felt the only way to make it worth while was to sync it to my Exchange 2003 server. I fought on and off for a few days and found a bunch of scary things on search engines that I would never try. I stumbled across Robert's site and I really thought it was to good to be true. So I called at 8:30pm and Robert picks up!!! He jumped right in and 10 minutes later my iPad was synced and working. It was amazing! I have been in the IT field for 10 years and I have never seen someone move through Exchange and IIS with such ease...not even Microsoft. He backed everything up and I had a receipt before he was off the phone. Very professional, friendly, and fast.
