Used them to repair a washing machine. Came out when promised. Was shocked when I saw the price for the 20-minute service call. I had been told the service call was $29.95 and then there would be labor and parts. They should actually tell you that the charge for coming out will not be LESS THAN $85. The repair person told me the only way I'd pay the minimum $55 for the service call is if he showed up at my house, asked me if I wanted my appliance fixed, and I said no I didn't want my appliance fixed. That would be $55.
