I purchased vinyl railing from this outfit and was surprised when my measurements were all a little short. Turns out the 6' lengths are only 5'8"" and 8' lengths are 7'8"". After reviewing the website, brochure, estimate, and notes I'd taken while speaking with a sales rep, I found no reference to the lengths of railing other than 6' or 8'.. When I inquired about exchanging the railing for longer lengths, I was told that was impossible. Two weeks later, my only recourse was to purchase extended mounting brackets from another manufacturer. I gave this company plenty of opportunities to make right on a purchase of over $1000 and they could hardly be bothered to return a phone call. Do not make the same mistake I did.
