I purchased vinyl railing from this outfit and was surprised when my measurements were all a little short. Turns out the 6' lengths are only 5'8"" and 8' lengths are 7'8"". After reviewing the website, brochure, estimate, and notes I'd taken while speaking with a sales rep, I found no reference to the lengths of railing other than 6' or 8'.. When I inquired about exchanging the railing for longer lengths, I was told that was impossible. Two weeks later, my only recourse was to purchase extended mounting brackets from another manufacturer. I gave this company plenty of opportunities to make right on a purchase of over $1000 and they could hardly be bothered to return a phone call. Do not make the same mistake I did. Very Unhappy 10/11/2009

I purchased $12,000 fence and it is turning colors. The salesman Chris will not return my phone calls. He was happy to pick up the check but will not stand behind the product he installs. Very unhappy, do not use!!!! Cons: They do not stand behind their work more

American Discount Fence is not good!!!! 8/25/2009

Chris (Salesman) would not return phone calls when my ($12,000) fence with a lifetime warranty started to change color. Very disappointed!!!! I would not recommend. more

Great selection 12/2/2008

This company specializes in maintenance free vinyl fence and railings, aluminum, wood, chain linnk, and pool enclosures. They also have financing available and give free in home estimates. They put in my fence in less than a day. The workers were pleasant to speak with and listened to my suggestions. more
