I had used Leahy bus services before in previous years, but for some reason, this year was such a horrible experience. First, the bus driver left us at the school, but then decided to show back up. Then, he was very rude, and unapologetic. He couldn't provide me with a receipt. When I called the company, they said they would send out a receipt. I called three separate times, and even emailed, and I never received a receipt. Upon the last time calling, the dispatcher was extremely rude to me and told me he sent me a receipt. He told me he would re-send me a receipt, and never did. I WILL NEVER do business with them again. As a matter of fact, we recently used Yellowbird buses in Philly, and they were EXCELLENT. They were organized and efficient! Leahy was neither of those, and I am really disappointed.
