I had heard about the Rib Shack from some friends and wanted to try it. I was traveling through Jackson with my family...We ate the food and it was great, we had ribs and potato salad too. The music was great...good down home blues music. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say the food was a 10 plus.
To the chef....keep up the good work!
Pros: The ribs are DELICIOUS...so juicy and tender
Cons: The need to open 7 days a week....Sunday dinner...
