I was overall happy with the service and product we received from Hughes. We got the product we asked for in a timely manner and installation was quick (2 days for our particular job). My main critique was for the sales staff. The guy we worked with was very attentive and knowledgeble in the store. When it came to our home visit to measure the space and bring a product sample he was over an hour late (with no phone call and I was on lunch break! My husband wanted to talk to him too but had to go back to work b/c he couldn't wait any longer) and I had to track him down. No apology which I thought was tacky just a comment on how far away from the store we live. When the installer crew came they too showed up late the first day on the job but arrived on time the second day and worked hard the entire time they were in my home.
