I had a hood replaced and repainted. The color match was good but it looks like they buffed or waxed the paint while it was still curing, so there are very long scratches in the fresh paint and maybe some wax. There are also some raised bumps where dust settled and was painted over. These things would be hard to see on a casual glance. But if you're looking closely or catch it in the right light, they're fairly obvious.
I offered to pay to have them buff out the scratches and other imperfections (the initial price was so low). In person, they said they'd be happy to take care of it at no charge ... just not right then. I've since made two calls and sent an email -- all unreturned.
Pros: best price (I checked 5 places), ok work
