I called these people about my Mother's AC and they treated me like I was going to rip them off because I was calling from another location. After assuring them she would pay all charges before they left, they showed up and my mom said they were rude, messy and the house never did get cool even though the AC ran all night. The next day I called another company and they charged half what this company did and it's still working fine. There is no point in talking to the owner either. Leave these people alone,
