As long as you are well-informed about the vehicle you want to buy and get quotes, they will match any quote in writing with relatively little B.S. I was able to get a better deal than with the reverse auction site ""CarWoo,"" which gets people many deals significantly below invoice. Chay was not pushy in the least. Do your homework and it should be a relatively hassle-free experience!
