Horrible customer services. My incoming calls are constantly being directed to voice mail. This is a very big issue when you are trying to run a business. The personnel at At&t customer support don't have the ability to make my phone service work consistently, they told me they found the problem and it's fixed numerous times.. This has happened at least eight times now. I've even threaten to leave them for Verizon and they still can't get my cell service working right. So now i am going to have to pay a outrageous cancellation fee so I can go with a company that can actually give me service that is consistent. I Found that Verizon is ranked above at&T on the web, hopefully they can provide the kind of service a business can rely on.
