Jeff's was great! I hate that my car slid into a curb on an icy road but Russ and Jeff were wonderful to work with. They were diligent to control the cost of the replacement parts for my 2007 VW Rabbit and did seamless work. They stayed open after hours to meet me and had the snow wiped off, with the heat on. The entire experience was timely and they were excellent about communicating the details and process with me - I was very comfortable with Jeff's and highly recommend them.
