Even though our international flight was delayed more than 8 hours, our driver was still waiting for us with a smile when we finally arrived at ORD - at nearly 3:00 AM! I can't tell you how much of a relief it was seeing him there after all the delays and hassles we encountered on our flight. You have clients for life now.
