Best service 8/16/2010

Yesterday my son with other teenagers had little tour Round Lake Beach-Chicago - and they had awesome time ! The driver was super accurate in time and careful in driving, he manage not only complete the route I told him but also to show other interesting places in Chicago - so my boys and his friends had funnest time ever!!! They are the best! The driver arrived 15 minutes early to pick me up to take me to the airport. The ride was very comfortable, and relaxing. more

Service was great! I was very impressed. You will for sure have my business in the future. Driver was very professional and we had a great conversation at 3:00am in the way to airport. Also he arrived early with 15 minutes in my driveway, so I was sure I will be in time for my very early flight.It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Excelent service for my daughter's prom night 6/3/2010

I recently made reservations for my High School daughter and her friends to go to their Prom. I must say that Amber Limo was the Best. Whenever I talked to them on the phone, they handled everything very professionally. Even though I called them numerous times to make changes, they schedule limousine on time to pick up the kids, with the chauffeur looking very professional and the kids told me that he was excellent. My daughter commented on how he helped the Ladies out of the Limo and she was impressed with that. I will definitely use Amber Limousine service again in the future. RUDE from Top to Bottom! 10/1/2009

Was in the process of making a reservation, plans changed, the reservation specialist was rude when I declined to make a reservation, and then when I called to report the unprofessionalism....I totally understood why the office help was rude...because the owner is the same way. Could barely speak English, and couldn't understand that constructive criticism and being informed of employee unprofessionalism could help his business, but I wasn't going to waste anymore time trying to let him know the situation. I will never utilize this service, no matter what the price is!! Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Extremely Rude more

Great service 9/22/2009

I reserved a sedan for airport service with me and my 2 kids ages 5 and 7 and I got the stretch one for the same price.The chauffeur was a great help with loading/unloading luggage. He was also 15 minutes early for the pick-up which was great. Clean car and nice driver. Highly recommend Amber Limousine! Pros: very affordable rates more

Hi there, I just got back in town from my honeymoon but wanted to email you and tell you how impressed I was with the driver and service I received from you all for my wedding. The driver was wonderful, on time and the car was very clean and decorated very nice (even the napkins we had was the same color with my wedding party). Thank you for being so patient with me in the beginning with all my emails and stuff and for taking on this job. I will definitely keep you in mind should the need for a limo ever arise again. Best Limo Service 9/6/2009

Even though our international flight was delayed more than 8 hours, our driver was still waiting for us with a smile when we finally arrived at ORD - at nearly 3:00 AM! I can't tell you how much of a relief it was seeing him there after all the delays and hassles we encountered on our flight. You have clients for life now. Pros: Good Rates more

Amber Limo is the best. We recently hired Amber Limo to pick up from airport and return after couple days in Chicago. The car was waiting for us both times and knew us by name.
