Was in the process of making a reservation, plans changed, the reservation specialist was rude when I declined to make a reservation, and then when I called to report the unprofessionalism....I totally understood why the office help was rude...because the owner is the same way. Could barely speak English, and couldn't understand that constructive criticism and being informed of employee unprofessionalism could help his business, but I wasn't going to waste anymore time trying to let him know the situation. I will never utilize this service, no matter what the price is!!
