They didn't fix it so when I came home I called them and got their voice mail. They didn't call back until Saturday afternoon and I had called another plumber by then.
Then they charged me anyway and said if I didn't pay I would get a lien on my house.

3. said they would ""take care of me"" but instead said they would call a collection agency if I didn't pay.
