I rented in this condo complex for a year. Both of my neighbors were foreclosed, which left me with rodents climbing in my walls and ceiling, ugh. The so-called Condo Association gives everyone a fine for yard waste, overgrown weeds and old mulch, although that's what the condo fees are for? The fined me for not having my porch light on at night, per their policy..because of all the burglaries. \r
Pool is nice and clean. The school disctrict is terrible, the worst Columbus schools out there, in bad neighborhoods. The electric company that services this complex is South central power, and they do not mess around. Don't consider being more than 1 day late or they turn off your power.-never had mine turned off but neighbors did. Parking is terrible because most of the condo owners have several long-term guests that they let live with them, taking up parking space for actual residents. I would advise to stay away from this complex, unless you are renting short-term or in a bind. Definitely do not purchase property here!! It will create a legal headache for you!!
Pros: Close to Canal Winchester and the Pool is Clean
Cons: Columbus Schools, Poor Landscaping, Multiple Foreclosures
