i bought a laptop there for $1600. It didnt work properly from the time i bought it, so i returned it (and had to drive all the way out to wentzville because they didn't have any in stock) and got another of the same model. Computer STILL didn't work right, slow as hell, volume didn't work, freezing. Had to return it AGAIN, but all of the sudden NO bestbuys around the area carried the model anymore. Returned it. and had to take the display model, did NOT get the 10% off like they said i would because it was a display model (scratches and all, AND they didin't have the correct battery in it) problems persisted (all of the same symptoms) more
