We decided to come to Florin, knowing that construction is still underway. We were promised a pool or gym by summer. nothing has evn started yet! Instead they decide to put dye in the pond to turn it blue, are planning to put a sone bridge over the pond. Who needs that? what good is that to us current residents? They put locks on the windows, only on the upper floors, not on the ground floors where people can just walk right in. No peep holes for our protection. Stop with the cosmetic work and start practicing what you preach!. i WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE UNTIL IT IS DONE. then you know you get what they tell you youll get. Stop building more buildings, and put peep holes in, putting the safety clips on the windows, as you claim the borough told you to do, and put a pool or gym in!!!!!
