I've been to the Best Buy in McKinney about 5 times in the last couple months. I purchased many items with the help of friendly Best Buy and Geek Squad associates. I also had to return 2 products b/c they were not compatible with my new Windows 7 laptop and had NO problem what so ever with my return.
A few months ago, I returned a camcorder bag that was past the return policy and the associate allowed me to return in and put the money back on a best buy gift card! I thought that was above and beyond what he could have done since I was the one past the return date.
I think we've all had bad experiences at retails stores from time to time, but I've been in this particular Best Buy many times the last few months and have had nothing but positive experiences.
