He was to be delivered at 9:30, we called the Church at 11, and he wasn't there yet. Finally, after multiple calls to an answering service the director called back. He was very polite and thanked us for calling because there was a big funeral at their location and all 6 of their staff were taking care of it, but he was nice enough to send one of them to complete a task that should have been completed over 3 hours earlier. Honestly, it sounds like he forgot and we're lucky enough to have called and reminded him. Also, the memorial cards we were promised were never delivered...
Pros: Great price if you booked 20 years earlier like he had...
Cons: they forgot to deliver the ashes...
