Holiday Inn Express is a nice place to stay. It is at the edge of the downtown area, making it close to the Capitol Theatre and the Sundome for events. They have a really nice indoor/outdoor pool area and offer a continental breakfast for guests. My handicapped in-laws have stayed there and it accommodates them just fine.
