I saw these reviews and took a leap to switch to this office trying to get an office closer to home, however, I was not happy with what transpired. The girl at the front desk is rude, but if you can get past her, Dr. Gross and Dr. Thompson are very sweet. The problems I had was that I was double charged not once, but twice by the front desk. No big deal there as it was eventually credited back to my account, but the big problems were in that I have a child with congenital heart disease. She became sick with a cold and some congestion. When I spoke to the Dr. on call, they advised me to give her Dimetapp DM. Long story short, I found the Dimetapp, but after reading the back, realized that it was not to be given to anyone with heart disease. I asked the pharmacist and was advised absolutely not to give this to my child.
