I would never want any girl getting married to experience what my daughter did on her wedding day because of Amethyst Studio. The person we dealt with was Diane Kelchak, Bridal Coordinator for Amethyst Studio. After contracting to do my daughters hair for her wedding day - she never showed up!! She did not call before to let us know she would not be able to make it, she did not send anyone else in her place, she did not call after to explain what happened or apologize and she won?t respond to messages we have left for her. To say what she did was despicable is an under statement. It broke my heart to see my daughter in tears over this on what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. Needless to say we are going to take further action against Amethyst Studio and Diane, but save yourself the trouble! Do not use this company on the day of your wedding!
