Warning to anyone thinking abut hiring Diane Kelchak fo your bridal shower or wedding. Diane Kelchak. Bridal Coordinator for Amethyst Studio should not be in businees. First she was over an hour late!! She did not call before to let us know she would be late and she did not call after to explain what happened or apologize ? !!We left mseveral messages and she never respondesd!! She messed up my daughters hair and did a really poor updo for only 15 minutes and then OVERCHARGED US!!!! To say what she did was horrible and it broke my heart to see my daughter in tears over this was truly heart-breaking. We , too, are going to take further action against Amethyst Studio and Diane Kelchak. She should not be allowed to do hair!.Period! Pros: there are none Cons: over an hour late mes,sed up my daughters hair HORRIBLE!!!! more

I would never want any girl getting married to experience what my daughter did on her wedding day because of Amethyst Studio. The person we dealt with was Diane Kelchak, Bridal Coordinator for Amethyst Studio. After contracting to do my daughters hair for her wedding day - she never showed up!! She did not call before to let us know she would not be able to make it, she did not send anyone else in her place, she did not call after to explain what happened or apologize and she won?t respond to messages we have left for her. To say what she did was despicable is an under statement. It broke my heart to see my daughter in tears over this on what should have been one of the happiest days of her life. Needless to say we are going to take further action against Amethyst Studio and Diane, but save yourself the trouble! Do not use this company on the day of your wedding! BEWARE!!!! I hired DIane from this studio to do my hair on my wedding day and guess what, she never showed up!! The day of my wedding I had to wear my hear in a ponytail thanks to this uncaring, inconsiderate and very unprofessional woman! I paid her in cash for my trial and confirmed I could pay her cash on my wedding day and she still charged me the $50.00 deposit on my credit card. As of today, almost a month since my wedding day, she has not refunded my money or contacted me. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Amethyst Studio hair salon gave me the best haircut on my curly hair and awesome multi colored highlights. I was so happy to find such a great salon close by. I love my new cut and style and will definately reccommend it to my friends and family. Everyone was so friendly and I also got the nest scalp massage! Pros: Affordable, great service, comfortable Cons: Nothing at all! more
