I was looking to get some stereo brackets for a wall mount since when I got them I lost the brackets. First of all it took several days to finally get any information from their Customer Service Rep, who was extrememely rude, and then all they kept telling me was that the equipment came with brackets so I should have to buy them... Idiots! I wouldn't be trying to buy something if I already had it...Also I was quoted to get two brackets for 16$, which is slight above average... but then when I went to put in the order I was told it was 16$ per bracket because there are two pieces of metal in each bracket... the metal peices are 2in big!!!! 16$ for that?! I was also quoted 15$ for shipping, which is WAY above average. Poor service, high prices... seriously go somewhere else you can get a much better deal and much friendlier customer service! more
