As a business owner I appreciate personalized service and reasonable rates... but what strikes you about Phillips shop is the "personality"... no boring vehicles on the lot (i.e. Taurus, Camry, etc...). His service rates are absolutely awesome, and the work hes done for myself and my family is above par. Taking your BMW or other import to the dealer is an exercise in cash mismanagement, and unless you wipe your hiney with $20 bills, choosing another shop for routine maintenance and repairs large and small is just straight up dumb. Knowledgeable, inspired, friendly, and happy are words I would use to describe Phillips. Dont waste money anymore.... I guarantee you will save 30% percent over dealer costs immediately. Overall a very very very positive experience, and in todays world, those are rare. A dedicated Porschephile, lover of german vehicles, and honest businessman.... I wouldnt trust my cars to anyone else. You must be retarded to go anywhere else.
