I never thought I would look forward to working out with such genuine enthusiasm! Over the years I've tried a lot of different options in an effort to stay fit...everything from yoga and Pilates classes to various work out dvd's at home and very expensive gym memberships. Although I did pretty well with them the one thing I truly wanted was a sense of commitment to a program and knew that what I was lacking was encouragement. A friend suggested I try her personal trainer, Janelle Miller, and a year later I'm more eager to be there than ever. I especially like the ""boutique"" gym atmosphere where there are usually two trainers working with 2-3 people at a time. My sweat-mates and I have developed a sense of camaraderie and have a lot of fun during our work outs. Janelle is very attuned with our individual needs and is especially knowledgeable in nutrition and physiology, always keeping our sessions fresh and being supportive. I've had such great results and consider my time at Define a privilege and a priority. Janelle is simply the best and has made my busy life better!
