the service that is provided is excellent..and you are well taken care of. personally..and never feel that you are in one of those major hardware stores like HOME DEPOT ..etc where there is no attention given to you. ..A few times that I did shop there. I was helped by either of the the two owners,,who happen to be brothers also...Carl and Eddie.. they we very patient and listened to my problem and gave me just the right advice that I needed to get the job done and even suggested the items I needed...the store is a bit cramped.. but their abundunce of tools and merchandise makes up for it, and even if they do not have a certain item you need.. they will order it for you.
Pros: great selection of merchandize, excellent customer service
Cons: cramped up store, narrow isles, sort of dusty
